Iain Crighton
The Majority of Iain’s working life since 1977 has been spent in the motor trade, and he is now proud to be the managing Director of his family’s own dealership. Iain’s particular interests include being a board member of the Chamber Of Commerce, plus the founder of the Peterborough Sports Foundation.

Thelma Crighton
Married to Iain Crighton, Thelma is the second vital part of this family owned and run business. As company secretary her duties cover every aspect of the day-to-day operation of Crightons’. In fact, if someone isn’t sure how something is done, they’ll look for Thelma.

Michelle Read
Michelle, Iain and Thelma’s daughter is the third generation to work at the dealership. Michelle works in the marketing department and is involved in making sure that all promotions run smoothly.

Wayne Caborn
Joining our team straight out of school, Wayne has gradually worked his way through apprentice to senior workshop control and Mitsubishi Master Technician. The latest feather in his cap is his appointment as technician trained and approval for maintaining high performance RalliArt vehicles. Married with two children, his other passion is motorbikes and he is rated as one of the best on two wheels!

Steve Hill
As a key member of the Crightons’ management team, Steve has had many years of experience on all aspects of our After Sales operations. He is equally at home in either the parts or service departments. He looks after everyone’s training needs, all the administration paperwork, warranties plus a host of other activities.
